FOLLOWING A MEETING OF THE TILSTON 10K COMMITTEE WE HAVE SADLY HAD TO CANCEL THE TILSTON 10K 2020.
The major factor in this was the notification from the medical support team that they would not be in a position to support the event this year due to the overwhelming requirement for their services to be directed quite correctly to the support of the NHS in their Corvid-19 response.
We discussed postponing the event, however on balance we decided that the best option was to cancel the event completely for 2020 and look forward to the 2021 event which is now open for bookings!
All those who have kindly signed up for the 2020 event should have now received a refund of monies paid via PayPal.
Thank you all for your ongoing support and we trust that you are following guidelines to ensure the safety of yourselves and the community in general.
